The NH Arpenaz 500 20 L Hiking Backpack has plenty of storage space. It has: - 2 compartments | 1 isothermal compartment; - 2 zipped pockets inside the large compartment; - 2 zipped pockets on the front; - 1 phone pocket on the shoulder strap; - 2 bottle holders; - Compartment for storing a water bladder (not included), a computer, and documents; - elastic straps for carrying poles.

How to adjust your NH Arpenaz 500 20 L Hiking Backpack
You can adjust your backpack as follows: 1 - Loosen all the straps (shoulder straps, belt, load adjuster straps). 2 - Put the backpack on. 3 - Tighten the shoulder straps. 4 - Adjust the load adjuster straps as needed.
How to pack your NH Arpenaz 500 20 L Hiking Backpack
Place heavy equipment at the bottom. Pack your clothes around these items. Keep your waterproof jacket and/or fleece where you can access it quickly. Place small frequently used items in the pockets (sunscreen, map, glasses, etc.). Put your water bladder in the compartment provided along the back and water bottles in the external pockets.
