Fill with water between -20°C and 40°C. Do not fill with alcohol or dairy, etc.
In temperatures below 0°C, blow into the mouthpiece after use to flush out the water and reduce the risk of water freezing in the tube and mouthpiece.
Remove the air from your water bladder by turning the bladder and then directing the air bubbles to the tube while suctioning them.

Directions for use

Slider to fully open bladder and facilitate cleaning.
Sliding seal has hooks so you can hang the water bladder in compatible backpacks.
The mouthpiece has an on/off position (turn the grey part of the mouthpiece) to prevent leakage during hikes. To drink, place mouthpiece in the “on” position and then suck.

Features

Clean the bladder and pipette after each use with standard dishwashing liquid. Use the Btwin brush and drying hanger kit (code: 631585), especially if you had a sugary drink. Do not leave liquid in the water bladder for longer than 24 hours. Do not put in the dishwasher or microwave.

Care instructions

Rinse the entire product 3 times with clean water before the first use.

EVA foam is not very resistant to tearing. We increased the thickness compared to the previous version and added reinforcements in high-pressure areas.

Good to know

Technologies: This garment was subjected to a shower test using 60 litres of water/sqm/hour for 2 hours. This test reproduces average rain shower conditions in the mountains.

What items are included in the cook set?

We chose 18/8 (304) stainless steel because it combines food safety and long-term durability. It doesn’t rust and prevents corrosion. It’s very strong and can be used with all types of utensils (including metal). 

How did we choose the metal for our cook sets?

Polyamide (cutlery), polypropylene (plate and handle), and Tritan (lid) were chosen because they are lightweight and very resistant to heat (at least 100°C), impact, and warping.
Make sure plastic parts are not in direct contact with flames.

How did we choose the coating for our cook sets?

Our cook sets are compatible with all types of burners (wood, gas, induction, etc.). 
The saucepan has a patented 2-part folding handle that locks the lid during transport.
The lid fits the saucepan, helps heat food faster, and also serves as a strainer.
The bowl has a structured design that reduces heat transfer and can hold a gas canister (230 g/0.5 lb screw canister) for transportation.
The cutlery folds for easy storage.

How is your cook set best used?

The items are stored inside the cook set. Put the bowl in first, then the cutlery. 
The lid then locks in place with the folding handle.
The bowl and cutlery are also sold separately.

How to store your cook set

Before the first use, rinse all the items three times with clean water.
All the pieces can be washed in a dishwasher and, when outdoors, they can be washed with soapy water or water and sand!

How to clean and maintain your cook set

Never heat empty saucepans, as this will warp and damage them.
When using with a wood fire, make sure that the flames do not come into direct contact with the plastic parts.
Lock the handle properly before using the cook set on the fire.
Make sure the flames can’t touch the lid, as it could melt.

The waterproofness of a fabric, provided by a coating or membrane, is measured in Schmerbers or mm (pressure exerted by a column of water). The higher this number, the more waterproof the fabric. 
This jacket is designed with a waterproof coating: this component resists 5,000 mm of water pressure (Schmerbers) before washing (equivalent to the pressure exerted by a 5-metre column of water).

Water resistance (fabric)

To determine a fabric’s breathability, we test its evaporative resistance or RET (based on the ISO 11092 standard). The lower the fabric’s resistance, the more perspiration can escape, and the higher the fabric’s breathability. 
RET < 9: extremely breathable fabric
RET < 12: very breathable fabric
RET < 20: breathable fabric
RET > 20: little or non-breathable fabric.

Fabric breathability

The fabric for this jacket is water-repellent: water slides off its surface. In this way, the fabric doesn’t soak up water and stays lightweight and breathable. Water repellency is achieved by treating the fabric’s exterior. Our water-repellent coatings are now perfluorocarbon-free. As a result, this model will be sold with a more environmentally friendly water-repellent treatment.

Your health is our top priority

To maintain water repellency, we recommend regular reactivation. 
Reactivate water repellency after three washes (remember to rinse thoroughly) or after using a dozen times in the rain. 
You can easily reactivate the water repellency properties by warming the fabric: 
- in a dryer for 15 minutes (synthetics cycle)
- with a hair dryer, moving back and forth from a distance of 20 cm (8”)
- with an iron on the delicate setting and with the steam function off

How to maintain waterproofing over time

How much you perspire depends on the intensity and duration of your physical activity.If the fabric isn’t breathable enough for the type of activity/exercise, your perspiration will condense inside the item.The jacket will feel damp inside. This dampness is not rain soaking through but condensation caused by perspiration. This means you need to choose top-layer pants suitable for your activity.This product is designed for 2-hour hikes at no more than 5 km/h (3 mph).
