How to use the ab wheel
To use the evolving wheel, place your knees on the pad and begin with the strap at its shortest setting. Lower your whole body forward, hips included. If it feels too easy, gradually extend the strap. The strap markings let you track progress and increase intensity step by step. Our coach recommends using the wheel two to three times per week and complementing it with other core and strength exercises.

Our design team in Passy is passionate about creating exercise equipment that makes workouts safer and more effective. Every new product is tested to ensure it is easy and comfortable to use.
User testing
We invited 25 people—from beginners to physiotherapists—to try the Evolving Ab Wheel. The goal was to check that it encourages good posture and allows users to progress safely. The verdict: even first-time ab wheel users said they loved it.

Compared against the Classic wheel
We ran direct tests against the Classic Ab Wheel. Every beginner found the movement easier with the Evolving Ab Wheel and managed to extend 7 cm further. Users maintained a healthier lumbar curve, while still feeling the same intensity in their abs.
