Why do my swimming goggles fog up?
Fogging happens because your body is warmer than the water around you. The heat and moisture from your face create condensation inside the lenses, forming tiny drops that blur your vision. A good anti-fog treatment changes how these drops behave: instead of staying separate, they merge to form a thin film of water, keeping your vision clear.
How to activate the anti-fog
Briefly immerse the goggles in water, then run a finger along the inside of the lenses (do not re-immerse afterward). If fogging returns—usually after about 40 sessions—wash the inside of the lenses with mild liquid soap to remove any build-up. Avoid solid soap. No need to worry about scratches: this new technology is highly resistant to abrasion.
How do these anti-fog goggles work?
Soak the goggles, then run your finger inside the lenses to create a thin water film. This stops fog from forming so you can see clearly throughout your swim. If you take the goggles off and rest them on your forehead, the water film can break. Just run your finger inside again to bring it back.

A primer is applied to the inside of the lens to lock the anti-fog treatment in place. It protects against water, heat, and friction, keeping the coating stable and effective over time.

The anti-fog coating, applied on top, uses hydrophilic agents to stop fogging by causing water droplets to merge into a clear, invisible film. The layer also adds scratch resistance, helping the goggles last longer.

Size: How to choose your swimming goggles
These goggles are one size with an adjustable nose bridge for a precise fit. Their watertightness depends on how well the silicone skirts match the shape of your face. Before buying, try the “suction cup” test, without using the strap. Position the goggles over your eyes and press gently: if they stay in place for a moment with slight suction, they’ll be watertight in the water. This test also helps spot any areas that feel uncomfortable on your face.
How to adjust your swimming goggles
These swimming goggles fit the morphology of your face without needing to be overly adjusted. Over-tightening can cause discomfort, leave marks, and even let water in. There is no need to press the lenses with your hands: slight suction is generally enough for sessions without water infiltration. The straps should sit 2–3 cm above your ears for best comfort.
Lens tint
Choose your lens colour based on light conditions in your swimming location. For outdoor swimming or very bright pools, pick dark lenses to reduce glare and improve visual comfort. For outdoor evening sessions or dimly lit pools, use clear lenses for better visibility. The B-Fast swimming goggles are available in different lens tints.
UVA/UVB protection
All our swimming goggles protect against harmful UVA and UVB rays under normal use, regardless of lens tint. Looking directly at the sun is dangerous and can cause permanent eye damage.
Care and precautions
Rinse your googles in fresh water after each use. Over time, the surface of the coating can become clogged with impurities (sweat, make-up, sunscreen), leading to fogging. Clean the inside of the lenses with neutral liquid soap (do not use bar soap) and rinse thoroughly. If fogging persists, use our anti-fog marker to help restore the protective water film. Do not use in temperatures over 60°C.
