Our design teams are working to develop processes that will reduce the impact of a product, while preserving its technical characteristics. This reduction relates to the following indicators: climate change, air pollution, water pollution and resource depletion.
Dyeing textiles requires the use of lots of water, whilst also generating water waste from dyeing vats. To reduce this environmental impact, we use just one dyed mass-coloured thread out of two out, subsequently reducing our consumption of water and our impact on it.
Dyeing textiles requires lots of water but also leads to lots of water waste generated in dyeing vats. To reduce this environmental impact, we choose solution dyeing, which integrates colour pigments when manufacturing the thread.

Storing your sleeping bag
After use, you can easily store your bag by loosely stuffing it into its cover, starting with the feet section. To maintain insulation, take it out of the cover and store it flat in a dry place.

Layer up to get the temperature right
Dress simply—one layer of clothing is usually enough. Keep your extremities warm with hats, gloves, socks, hand-warmers, or padding, then zip up to lock in the heat. Once you’ve reached a comfortable temperature, you can remove a layer if needed.

Investing in a sleeping bag liner will reduce the amount of washing
Using a sleeping bag liner is a great way to keep your bag clean and fresh. It reduces the need for frequent washing and makes slipping into your bag each night even more inviting.

Washing your sleeping bag is a doddle
When it’s time to wash your sleeping bag, use a washing machine with at least a 10 kg capacity. Remember to close all zips before starting the cycle for the best results.

QUECHUA camping equipment is created and tested by a passionate team of hikers and outdoor enthusiasts, designing accessories to make your outdoor experience easier and more enjoyable.
Keep the water out
Because no one wants a soggy sleeping bag. Our camping experts recommend keeping it zipped inside your tent to protect it from extra moisture.

Tested for comfort in the lab and the field
Sleeping bags are designed to capture the warmth your body produces. In the lab, our team tested this model according to European standard ISO 23537-1 (21/01/2017). The “comfort temperature” rating is the lowest temperature at which a user feels neither too cold nor too hot—verified both in the lab and in the field.

Keep it clean to ensure a longer lifespan
For easy care, machine wash at 30°C, then tumble dry on low or lay flat to dry. Proper care helps your sleeping bag stay in great condition for more adventures.
