Don’t touch the inside of the goggles (damages anti-fogging).
After use, store the goggles in their case or plastic pouch. Important: Do not touch the inside of the lenses to avoid damaging the anti-fog treatment.
Rinse in clean water after each use.
Dry in a dry and ventilated place.

Adjusting the goggles
This model comes in two sizes: S for narrow faces and L. These swimming goggles are designed to fit securely without being over-tightened.
Excess pressure can cause discomfort, leave marks, and even lead to leaks. A light suction is enough to keep them in place—no need to press on the lenses.
For the best comfort and hold, position the straps 2–3 cm above your ears.
