Using recycled polyester rather than conventional polyester reduces the CO₂ emissions linked to the material by at least 17%.
This product is made with recycled polyamide (instead of conventional polyamide). Objective: to use a recovered material, transformed from production scraps or products destined to be thrown away, rather than using new oil resources to reduce the environmental impact of this product. And this, without compromising the technical qualities!
Dyeing textiles requires the use of lots of water, whilst also generating water waste from dyeing vats. To reduce this environmental impact, we use just one dyed mass-coloured thread out of two out, subsequently reducing our consumption of water and our impact on it.

Waterproof test
We test the waterproofing using the JIS 1092 standard, which is based on the height of a water column in mm that can be supported by the fabric, and is measured in Schmerbers. This product has a waterproof coating that offers protection of 5,000 Schmerbers, that’s equivalent to 1 hour of rain.

Breathability test
We test the breathability of all our jackets. It’s measured by thermal evaporative resistance (RET) which is the capacity to allow water vapour to escape. The lower the RET, the more breathable the fabric. An RET of less than 6 = very breathable, less than12 = breathable, less than 20 = little breathability. This product has a 12 RET rating.
