Any tips on how to use it properly?
It couldn't be simpler: hold the ring in the palm of your hand and squeeze! Its rounded shape suits all hand shapes. To ensure it lasts as long as possible, regularly change the position of the ring in your hand. Targeting different areas in each session helps the ring keep its shape. Use it anywhere, anytime!

Use this ring to warm up before an arm or back workout: One to two sets of around 15 reps are enough to warm up your wrists and elbows and reduce the risk of injury. Want to build up your forearms a bit more? Go for a ring with greater resistance!
