Lightweight polystyrene is widely used in packaging to protect everyday products. But all too often, it is discarded after a single use. To change that, we recycle it and give it a new life in our products. Instead of relying on new fossil resources, we recover polystyrene waste. Once sorted and ground, it is transformed into a new material, ready to be used in manufacturing. The result: a recycled material that retains its performance, with at least 43% fewer CO2eq emissions compared to virgin polystyrene.

Our Rockrider helmets are tested on trails and in skateparks by real riders and in the lab to pass EN 1078 safety standards.
EN 1078 approved
Our lab tests test the limits of the helmets construction, including field of vision; shock absorption properties, characteristics of the retention system, including the chinstrap and tightening devices. All in line with EN 1078 safety standards.
Real life testing
Our Rockrider engineers work with real riders to test all of our products in real conditions from mountain bike trails to skateparks ensuring the helmet ticks all the boxes from comfort and adjustability through to ventilation.

Choosing the right size helmet
To find your helmet size, simply measure your head circumference (around the forehead). This mountain bike helmet is available in three sizes:
S: 52 - 55 cm
M : 55 - 59 cm
L: 59 - 62 cm
Adjusting your bike helmet
3 quick steps for adjusting your helmet in 2 minutes:
1/ If needed, pull your ponytail through the back of the helmet (lower the dial's rim).
2/ Adjust and clip the buckles on the 2 straps: check that you can still slide 2 fingers between the strap and your chin.
3/ Adjust the tightness around your head using the rear dial.
The helmet should be in contact with your head, without tipping forwards, backwards, or sideways, even when you're moving.

Washable inner comfort foam
To prolong the life of your helmet, the inner comfort foam can be detached and washed in the washing machine. A cushioning foam replacement kit is also available for this helmet on our website.
