This 10 L trail running bag has 5 front pockets: 2 pockets for 500 ml soft flasks (not included), 1 patented zippered pocket, 1 waterproof phone pocket, and 2 pockets for gels or cereal bars. It also features 2 side pockets and 4 rear pockets: 1 kangaroo pocket, 1 large side-zip compartment with its own zippered pocket inside, and 1 large pocket for the included 1 L water bladder.

When running, you typically drink about 500 ml of water per hour. With space for 2 L, this backpack lets you run for roughly 4 hours without stopping to refill. Handy, right? It combines a 1 L back pocket plus two front pockets for 500 ml flasks so you can run stress-free between refuelling stops.
Smart hydration system
This 10 L trail running backpack includes a dedicated holder for the 1 L water bladder at the back. The bladder comes with the pack and attaches securely with a hook. It’s designed for water only (avoid milk or alcohol) and it’s safe to use between -20°C and +40°C. Do not microwave. You can cut the tube to your preferred length and secure the mouthpiece using the front magnet or the two elastic loops on each side.
Choose how to attach and carry your poles
Since poles are essential for many trail runners, this 10 L trail running backpack includes a built-in system for attaching a quiver (sold separately). Prefer the classic method? Two elastic straps at the front let you secure your poles vertically. With these two clever options, you can carry and store your poles your way and adapt to the terrain.

Care instructions
Hand-wash your trail running bag and remove the magnet that holds the drinking tube before cleaning. Let the bag dry completely and store it somewhere dry. Never leave water inside the water bladder for more than 24 hours. Rinse the water bladder with fresh water after use and let it dry completely before putting it away.
