How much weight can you add to these dumbbells?
Each of these dumbbells can take up to 30 kg (66 lb). The bars and nuts weigh 2 kg (4.4 lb), so you can lift up to 32 kg (70.5 lb) with each dumbbell, or 64 kg (141 lb) in total. If you want more weights to add to your dumbbells, our 28 mm cast iron plates (1042303) are perfect. Weights are available in 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10, and 20 kg.
Train safely with the dumbbells set
The weights are fastened to the threaded bar by a nut. This keeps them secure in any position. During dynamic workouts, check the nuts between each set, especially if you hear the weights knocking against one another. Minimal movement is normal and safe so that you can easily install weights onto the bar.

How to maintain your dumbbells set
