Very good quality for swimming/paddleboarding in the rivers/lakes. I bought one each for a family of 4 and kids stayed warmer in this product than previous I have purchased elsewhere

Rip off £1.99 fee to collect an item

Asked for the £1.99 to be refunded because item was too small. We collected from the till, no delivery charge should be applied. There was no option to remove the £1.99 charge at online checkout. The staff in Warrington refused to refund the £1.99 or reduce my £130 additional
purchases because they said online and in store were different businesses. Disgraceful. I work for Screwfix we would never treat customers like this. 0 stars if I could.
