Our new foam padding keeps you comfortable on the seat. The padding is relatively narrow between the legs and is attached using zigzag stitching so that it won’t rub or cause irritation as you pedal.
The padded zone is soft, with a density of 100 kg/m3 (6 lb/ft3) and a thickness of 13 mm (1/2”).
It also stretches in two directions, meaning it’ll fit any cyclist’s physique.

How does the medium-support muscle back seamless bra provide freedom of movement?

You go all out, to the point where you are often fully covered in sweat at the end of a session. This isn’t always a very pleasant feeling, right? Well, thanks to this sports bra, you can say goodbye to moisture caused by sweat. The technical fabric can wick away sweat. It also dries faster to keep you dry. 
For greater efficiency, we also added a ventilated area between the breasts.

The running bra has two flexible single-thickness cups (no shell).

What type of cups does this medium-support muscle back seamless bra have?

Did you know that your breasts are supported almost exclusively by your skin? This makes them vulnerable and, during physical activies, the forces exerted on them are even higher than usual. The movements and bouncing they experience can make them up to five times heavier depending on the intensity of the sport. Wearing a sports bra will give you all the support, comfort, and protection you need. You are also protecting them from impacts, pain and premature sagging.

Why must your chest be supported during sport?

During sports, breasts experience forces that stretch the skin and ligaments of the chest. Lack of proper support can cause pain and premature sagging. However, too much support can also have negative consequences. The level of support your bra provides must be tailored to your bust size and the intensity of the impacts. 
The objective:To protect your chest while preserving the natural movement of the breasts.

What are the advantages of choosing between high, medium or low support?

Our labs test the models using a bust support test that measures the reduction in breast movement acceleration during sports activities. They are evaluated and then sorted into the following three levels: 1 for low support, 3 for medium support and 5 for high support.

How are the support levels of the Decathlon sports bras tested?

Depending on the type of sport you do, the support level of your bra will vary. We offer the following three options:
- Level 1: low support for activities that require slight chest movements (pilates, stretching, muscle strengthening, etc.); 
- Level 3: medium support for activities that cause moderate bouncing (dance, fitness, cardio-training, etc.);

What sport should you associate with what level of support?

To keep your bust supported and comfortable, the bra size that you choose must be suit your body shape. This is how you do it:
- Stand opposite a mirror with a tape measure;
- Place it horizontally at the top of your back, on the lower part of your shoulder blades;
- Hold the tape over the largest part of the bust;
- Read the measurement without pulling the tape measure tight;

How do I measure the size of my bust to choose the right sports bra?

The sports bra comes in sizes ranging from XS to XL and is recommended for cup sizes up to a C cup.
The racer back spreads support evenly across the back. 
For D-cup and above, we have developed other, more suitable models.

What size of medium-support muscle back seamless bra should you choose?

There’s nothing worse than a plasticky taste or smell in a water bottle. But this occurs with most cycling water bottles. 
We tested numerous plastics before finding just the right one, which is flexible and has a neutral taste and smell. When blind-tested against bottles from other leading brands, ours were the most neutral-tasting.

No more plasticky smell or taste.

Clean the water bottle thoroughly after each use. If you use isotonic drinks, rinse all parts of the bottle, cap and mouthpiece to make sure there is no liquid remaining inside. Use liquid detergent and a long brush to clean the bottom of the bottle. 
Dry well and store with the cap off. Otherwise, mould could develop in the bottle.
Do not put in the dishwasher (particularly above 70°C[158°F]).
