One main compartment with a secure zipper, including 2 raised pockets for a 13” laptop and a 10” tablet. 4 zippered pockets, 1 6.8” phone pocket (on left shoulder strap). 2 stretchy water bottle holders. 1 organizer and 1 key ring. 1 flashlight holder. 1 strap to connect to a suitcase.
Your comfort above all
We pay special attention to comfort when designing our products. The back, straps, and handle are comfortable because of their thickness and construction. They are made of different types of foam padding covered with a 3D mesh to improve ventilation and drying.Back: 5 pads made from 2 types of foam (PE/PU), 15 mm thick. Shoulder straps: made from 2 types of foam (EVA/PU), 8 mm to 13 mm thick The cushioned chest strap is fully adjustable.
Water repellency
The backpack’s water-repellent components allow you to continue walking or hiking in light rain for short periods. Note: This backpack is not watertight or waterproof and does not come with a rain cover. To keep your belongings dry on longer walks or hikes, we recommend the following product: 10- to 20-L Hiking Backpack Rain Cover, which can be viewed on our website using product number 8772113.
How is volume measured?
The volume of each backpack is measured using a standardized method: the main compartment and all the pockets are filled with little balls. These balls are then emptied into a graduated container to get the equivalent volume in litres. The capacity of the main volume of this bag is 16 L. We also measured the volume with the 2 side water bottle pockets, which increase the total capacity to 17 L.
Tested for optimal durability
To ensure the bag is strong enough, we conduct laboratory tests on the components and seams, which replicate the long-term wear and tear that the backpack will endure. For example, tests are performed on the fabric’s resistance to abrasion and tearing, colourfastness, and waterproofing. We use these tests to guarantee the bags for 10 years from the date of purchase.
How to adjust your backpack
1. Loosen all straps, including shoulder and chest straps 2. Put the backpack on 3. Fasten the chest strap and adjust the height and width 4. Tighten the shoulder straps (from top to bottom) 5. Adjust to fit You’re all set!
How to pack your backpack
Place the heavy items (laptop, lunch bag, etc.) at the bottom and in the spaces provided. Pack your clothes around these items. Put small items that you frequently use (e.g., sunscreen, map, sunglasses) in the pockets. Put your water bottle(s) in the outer side pockets.
