We recommend wearing a helmet, elbow and knee pads, and wrist guards. You never know when you’re going to take a tumble!
Maximum rider weight
Certified to carry up to 100 kg, per standard EN 13843, class A.
Skates that expand to fit many sizes
Our skates fit a range of sizes, ensuring years of fun. Adjust the skates in 3 easy steps: 1. Open lever. 2. Pull toe forward to the desired size. 3. Close lever. For optimal comfort, choose a skate weight that matches your child’s size and abilities: If their foot is sliding around in the boot, they’ll have poor posture and struggle to stay in control.
Comfy and practical Introducing Fit 5 Junior skates.
The semi-stiff boot is lined with airy mesh foam that keeps feet dry. Simple fasteners make these skates easy to slip on and off: each boot has a top micrometric buckle, a rip-tab fastener on the instep so the heel fits snugly, and classic or elastic laces depending on the size. Weight 2.25 kg (1–3.5 kids), 2.43 kg (3.5–6 kids), and 2.61 kg (6–8 men).
How do Fit 5 skates ensure smooth skating and braking action?
The Fit 5’s skate plate is made from aluminum for optimal performance. The large 76 mm wheels (compatible to 80 mm in sizes 2½–7) and ABEC 7 bearings provide a smooth glide and more speed. The classic rubber brake attaches to either the right or left boot. Spare brakes are available in stores.
For wheels and brakes, Oxelo opts for rubber!
Unlike plastic, which skids, rubber provides good traction. This prevents slipping when your child pushes off and helps them brake effectively. What’s more, rubber wears less quickly than plastic. Our teams work hard to keep your child safe, no matter their experience level. That’s why we chose to equip all our kids’ skates with rubber wheels and brakes.
Making your wheels last
Some parts of the wheels will wear out more quickly, so switch their positions regularly. Replace them once they’ve worn down to the first of the seven visible rings.
Spare parts
