For your safety, always respect the limits of this weight bench. Never exceed the maximum weight supported by the bar rest (80 kg). Before each session, check that the pins are in place and retighten the nuts if you notice any play. Important note: the uprights are not detachable, so this bench is not suitable for squats or ab workouts.
