Plus, you can adjust the seat to 2 different positions. Adjust the seat flat for your bench presses, or tilt the backrest for sit-ups or incline bench presses. Adjusting the seat will allow you to perform each movement without slipping and protect your back while maintaining proper form.

A chest workout you can do with the 900 Weight Training Bench
Strength training chest workout: - Bench press with bar: 4 sets x 6 reps (equipment: rack + bar + weights) - Incline bench press at 30° with dumbbells: 3 x 10 (dumbbell handles + weights) - Dumbbell fly: 3 x 12 (dumbbell handles + weights) - Dumbbell pullover: 3 x 12 (dumbbell handles + weights) You should have a couple of reps left in you after each set. Progressively increase the weights based on how your body feels. Take about 2 minutes of recovery between sets.
