Hello Dip, Thank you for taking time and sharing this feedback with us, we are sorry for the experience you have had with our product. We always recommend a mattress below the sleeping bag and not just the bag. We have Trekking mattress which is compatible with trekking bags (
R value-1.5-2) which protects from cold from down side.When we settle inside the trekking bags, our body heat starts trapping inside the sleeping bags which makes the comfort temperature as given by us. There as other factors like how size of the trekking bags. If it's large and our height is short then better to keep clothes bag or jacket below your feet. it's horrible even for temp above 15

so this product is the worst one i got from here i have a 20°C blanket sleeping bag but after using this i realized both give the same comfort level. the temp outside is 16 and i was feeling chills in this sleeping bag. while trekking i was cold all night my feet never warmed
up and i ended up getting sick. i am seriously dissappointed in decathlon for now i am having a lot of bad experinces with decathlon products. its better to switch to other brand now as all i am getting here false and defective information.
