on, we hold ourselves to high standards when it comes to product quality and customer satisfaction. To explain you better about the use, the heating process activates upon contact with the air: 1. Remove the warmer from the package and shake it 8-15 times to activate the heating process. 2. For an optimum heating temperature, give the process time to get started in the open air for around 10 minutes before the start of your outdoor activity. Never glue the warmer directly to the skin. Ideally stick it to the first layer (T-Shirt, shirt, …), on the outside. The other layers (jumper, fleece, jacket …) can therefore keep the heat in. The exothermic reaction consumes the activated charcoal and oxidises the iron, eventually solidifying the coumpound inside. I hope my answer provided a solution.
