Great product. Loose and opaque. I wear it for yoga sessions. Definitely suitable for holding different poses and movements. The band at the ankles are a bit loose but didn't bother me that much. It occasionally falls beneath the ankle during practice. I'm 152cm by the way.

I bought these primarily for martial arts training and they are perfect. They fit loose and allow for lots of stretch, kicks and free movement without pulling the material.
The double folded waistband is a great feature too.
Overall a great fit and a great product.
