I did A LOT of research before purchasing this bike... I am short 5 ft and this bike fits me beautifully.... most standard bikes are way too large for me it is the first time I am purchasing a bike with disk breaks and I simply LOVE it... so much easier to change biking lev
els with one gadget. My son tried my bike and now he wants one as well ! I am now wanting to purchase a bike rack for the rear - hard because disk break bikes cannot use just any standard bike rack... I am still waiting for a rear bike rack to go on sale but no luck so far... :( somewhat pricey for me still ...

I wanted a replacement bike for a 20 year Trek; my main requirement was not having a front derailleur owing to my left thumb not working as well as it used to. Secondly, I didn't want to spend too much as am not sure how long I will be realistically be able to continue cyclin
g. I had looked around online and went into Decathlon at Stockport. I spoke to Edwin and explained what I wanted and he asked several relevant questions and finally recommended this bike over a couple of more expensive options. When he saw me on the display bike he also recognised that I would be more comfortable on a larger frame than I thought I needed. I have now ridden over 200 miles and have found the bike to be very comfortable and responsive on all terrain; although the braking power is lower than that of my previous hydraulic system (I had already been warned of this by Edwin), it is more than adequate for my needs around waterside and woodland trails. A bonus will be that I can bring the bike back into store within three months of purchase for free service / safety check

I had a Rockrider already an older model which is still going 10 years on! This st120 is very poor quality fittings, handlebar grips, seat, seat stem quick release seat fitting, pedals brake levers even the handlebars I purchased this as I fancied a new bike & uninstalled a
full electric kit off my old rockrider which took a long time then this arrived I wish I hadn't you get what you pay for this is a budget bike for a reason the only decent thing about it is the frame & forks. If you're on a tight budget then this is ok but don't expect carrera quality
