The strength of the fabric is measured in water pressure, expressed in mm, through the water column test (based on the standard test JIS 1092B). The greater the pressure, the more the fabric is waterproof. 
With a waterproofing index of 5000 mm, our 500 jacket is highly waterproof.
Fabrics with a waterproofing index of 5000 mm withstand a pressure of 0.5 Bar.

Breathability is rated according to thermal evaporative resistance (RET), which indicates a fabric’s ability to wick away moisture. The lower this resistance (and therefore the coefficient), the more breathable the fabric is. (test based on the ISO 11092 standard).

Equipment

Lay the float tube out on a clean, flat surface.
Inflate the seat and then the side chambers to 100 mbar (0.1 bar)/1.5 psi to prevent over-inflation and/or popping.
Inflated seat dimensions: 46 x 40 cm (W x D).

To inflate

Find a clean, dry surface.
To deflate the float tube, carefully unscrew the valves. 
Fold the left side of tube over onto the seat, then repeat with the right side.
Fold the top down over the length of the seat. 
Repeat with the ends of the two side float chambers. 
Insert the float tube into the bag.
