Why use this cover on your Swiss ball?

The size of your cover should match the size of your ball.
Picking the right size is easy: if you are less than 1.6 m (5’2”) tall and weigh less than 85 kg (187 lb), choose size 1 (diameter: 55 cm/22”); if you are 1.6 m (5’2”) to 1.8 m (5’9”) tall and weigh less than 85 kg (187 lb), choose size 2 (diameter: 65 cm/25.6”); if you are over 1.7 m (5’6”) tall and weigh more than 85 kg (187 lb), size 3 (diameter:75 cm/29.5”) is what you need.

How do you fit the cover on the ball?

Firstly, make sure your ball is inflated to the recommended size: 55 cm (22”) for size 1, 65 cm (25.6”) for size 2, and 75 cm (29.5”) for size 3.
Sit on your ball, facing your desk. Your eyes should be level with the top of your screen; your feet should be on the floor and your legs should form an obtuse angle. Lastly, keep your back straight, and get to work!

Swiss ball exercises to help you feel better at work

Sitting on a Swiss ball as you work can relieve stress on your back, correct your sitting position, strengthen your core, and improve your balance.
It’s a great way to build strength without even realizing!  
We recommend sitting on it for 30 minutes each day, then for between 2 and 4 hours (but no more). If you’re able work standing up for a few hours, even better!
