Product for trial is different than actual product

I just bought ttr 590 model bat after having a trial of same model at dechathlon omr, bangalore but after I unpacked the product I found one side of rubber(red) has no bounce at all whereas black side rubber has good bounce... The product is different from trial product as it
had both sides equal good bounce... Am not satisfied with the quality and felt like cheated... Bought other items worth 5700/- total and not sure about their quality as well...

Hello,We regret that the product did not meet your expectations. Both the rubbers used in the TTR590 are exactly the same and should give the same performance.It is very unlikely that there should be any difference in the performance. The racket generally has 3 parameters i.e
. Spin, Speed and Control. When you are mentioning "bounce", are you relating it with speed? It would be great if you could help to elaborate this issue in further detail for us to have better clarity. Thanks.Have a nice day. Devang

Spin and Control not Upto The Mark

The features of the bat shows ratings as 4 for Speed, 4 for Spin , and 3 for Control. When I actually started playing , I realized it's not upto the mark for Spin and Control. Also the Wood quality is okay (not awesome). Furthermore , the Rubber should have been more thick to
allow enoughg Spin and Control .
