I’m a 31in waist of bought the mediums, which are supposed to be 32in; however, I can only just about fit into them, and they’re very tight. I would definitely recommend going a size up; otherwise they seem fairly good and value for money.

I have the Evadict trail shorts in size L. They are a fantastic fit. I ran a 50k in them without issue. These ones with the inner shorts are ridiculously small. I am 82kg and there is no way I am an XL. Had to return them. Shame, as the ones without the inner shorts are brilli

Used them to run my first full marathon at TMM 2024. I could fit 2 250 ml bottles of electrolytes, all my gels, caffeine gums, mobile in the pockets provided. Didn't nmeed an additional waist pouch and hands were free while running. I recommend this to all the runners doing
HM and above, as running can be so peaceful with your hands free and no bounce of any additional waist pouch.

Don't spend a £100's on a pair of shorts, these are the bees knees. 7 pockets! 2 are big enough to take a Samsung 21 ultra phone with ease. Still have pleanty of room for keys, gels, and then some! Awesome shorts, so good I bought 2 pairs.
