cannot rest all 4 fingers on the lever while braking.

Thank you for taking the time out to review our product 'V-Brake Type Brake Levers x2' these are MTB Brake levers and usually have a shorter lever because the braking is supposed to be 2 finger mechanism and not 4 fingers, if you have to use all the fingers to apply brake that means your brakes are too tight and can result in breaking of the brake cables.
We also have different models in brake levers which are longer in length. if this doesn't satisfy your need you can return this to us and check out our other models
