I used this cooler to transport frozen breastmilk in a two-hour flight. The milk stayed frozen for a little over 6 hours, thanks to the build quality of the bag and 6 gel-ice packs that I got from Decathlon itself. One tip: don't wear the bag as a backpack, if you're carrying
temperature sensitive products, because your body heat will make the products go warm quicker.
