I am a scuba diver. My regulators breath dry and I sometimes get dry mouth under water which may induce vomiting. Design of this soft flask is perfect for bringing under water and design of the month piece makes it very easy to take a sip. I also looped the elastic band thr
ough the ring of a dead bolt snap so the whole bottle could be secured in a side pocket. For me its capacity is enough for 2 dives.
