Cables were too short. Other branded kits offer 2100 mm for rear shifter and 1800 mm for the front shifter, but Decathlon only offers 2000 mm for the rear and 1500 mm for the front. My road bike is 56 cm, and the front cable was barely enough, but the rear was too short and I
ended up needing to buy another one from my LBS. The housing being 5 mm in diameter is also non-standard, as most are 4 mm. Not a huge issue, unless your bike needs an inline cable adjuster, like mine. Most inline adjusters are meant for 4 mm housing, so I had to go without it after replacing my housing. When I redo my cables again I definitely won’t be buying this again.

Good price, it is the stiffer 5mm housing, and the housing ends seem good. I found the 2000mm gear cable was too short for my 58cm road bike, fortunately I had an extra lying around. Lots of extra rubber bits but would rather have another cable crimp in case one falls off.
