En magasin, mauvais conseils et etiquetage!

Acheté en magasin pour changer nos cordages de hamac : elles sont pas du tout statiques. Et on a ainsi galéré sur nos bivouac durant 15 jours. Retour en magasin pour vérifier que c'était bien étiqueté "statique" en rayon. Les vendeurs nous ont conseillé d'acheter du statique a
illeurs, sans dédommagement. On a conseillé à minima de modifier l'étiquetage en rayon, on s'est un peu fait jeté : c'est pas notre job. Très décus pour cette fois par le SAV et le conseil. Évidement ce produit est adéquat pour la varappe.
