Ok, but internal bottle separates easily.

Unlike other insulated bidons with a foil type layer, this just has air space between the outer sides and an internal bottle. The internal bottle liner easily pops out when you unscrew the lid, which is a little annoying. Also doesn't really keep drinks cold for a long time,
it's just a little better than a plain bidon.

Keeps cold drinks cold for a few hours but NOT as well as metal vacuum tumblers. Its fluid capacity is small compared to the size of the bottle. But for the price, its still a good value for money.
