Cheap, but not so cheerful (or comfortable)

A basic yoga mat, which is not suitable for proper yoga practice e.g. involving downward dog or anything on your knees because the grip is poor and the mat is slippery and quite thin. I've had to buy a thicker mat with better grip as a replacement.

It's very thin, other wise not bad quality. However, making some of the yoga exercise, can be painful if you are moderate to very skinny as you can feel your bones rub the floor and floor being very har for you.

Its very narrow, narrower than my shoulders, but thats my fault i shouldve realised, the measurements were as described. Good grip, its worth the money
