We've had this for 2 years. The plastic hooks for adjusting the net have both snapped off. The internal gears for raising and lowering are completely busted. When you crank the net up, it clicks, moves up an inch, then falls back down. For awhile I was able to get around this
by pushing the next up while I cranked it. Yesterday while playing, the ball hit the rim and the net dropped down fast to its lowest height. Thank goodness no one was under the backboard! Could've been dangerous. Don't waste your money on this.

The backboard shattered after 2 years while simply shooting baskets. The company claims that the net has to be stored away during winter and poor weather and leaving the net outside voids the warranty -- so an outdoor basketball net that CAN'T be left outdoors. Terrible cust
omer service and the representatives at the store had the audacity of accusing my children of lying about the event. Overall terrible experience

Very disappointing. Purchase in Jan 2023 with portability and robustness the main attraction despite a more premium price. With only occasional use and no hanging on the basket the basket is heavily bent from ball impact and a supporting strut weld has perished. Build qual

I have a high standard to basketball hoop and this product can satisfy all I need. Besides pouring the water to the container,it just takes maximum 15 mins to set up and ready to play!!! OMG!!! Highly recommended!!!! It’s definitely worth for this price!
