I have other blocks, but these are my new favs. They are of excellent quality and the perfect height. I use blocks for all my yoga. They are sturdy and beautiful too.

Apporte plus de stabilité que les briques en latex. Par contre les briques en latex sont plus confortables. Je pense que les deux matériaux ont leur utilité. Les briques en liège sont très utiles pour aider aux postures d'équilibre. J'ai été surprise de voir que cette brique é
tait plus petite que celle en latex. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
