Really like the jacket, as with all new weatherproof gear it can be a bit stiff to mould to you, that’s why I’ve given it a 4 stars. The soft collar folds back on its self at the end which could be solved by a Velcro detail. The draw strings on the inner hood closure could do

with toggles rather the knots to stop them pulling back through their sleeves. Would I buy again? Yes!

Lost waterproofing after 10 uses over 2,5 years. So I washed it with nikwax (30C, delicate wash) as indicated by decathlon staff. Result: all internal seams detached. Same for the offshore salopette. I have wasted £500. I wish I had gone for Gill

Reviewed this before......it's as good as most and better than many of the big name jackets for a fraction of the cost. Excellent and had mine for several years now and as good as the day I bought it. Superb.

I have worn this item in a force 8 touching 9 it kept me warm and dry padded knees and seat make moving around in bad weather better.

I sail most weeks … although I’ve yet to test this in v extreme conditions, I’m impressed so far. In particular, good seams all round - and the ability to isolate (top and bottom) from the worst drafts.

More than enough for recreational sailor like me ;) Jacket used during sailing boat delivery from Tenerife to Cagliari. Great water repellency and breathability. Collar is high enough. Durability I could not give a rating because I have jacket only few weeks ;) Improvem

ents to be made, actually to be considered :) Would you please think about changing pockets concept? Hand-warmers pockets under the chest are too high and not relay comfortable/ergonomic to keep hands in. Also, sometimes harness is obstructing access to those pockets. I try to keep mobile in chest pocket and it is not easy to access it. Chest pocket just does not have any sense in my opinion. Cargo pockets at the waist. I don’t carry much cargo/tools in those pockets but those pockets make jacket stiff and not flexible. Would you please consider on your next offshore jacket to design pocket same like on Tribord sailing windproof softshell jacket 900? 2 hand warmer pocket at the waist with zip which can be use as cargo pocket also. Those would be ergonomic for keeping hands in. Fleece inside to be attached with Velcro for quick drying (like on Tribord sailing windproof softshell jacket 900 - BTW that is great soluton ;) Try to keep it simple. 2 pocket at the wast and 1 secure pocket under the flap. ;)
