Bonne haltère en caoutchouc qui réduit le choc et le son. Poids un peu lourd pour le moment pour ma part car il y a un gros gap entre le 10kg et le 12.5kg. Donc je l'utilise que pour certains exercices accessibles. Bonne prise en main et agréable.
