Dimensions and weight

Angle the blade at 20°. On the back of the packaging, an orange triangle illustrates how you should angle your blade on a sharpening stone. Simply place the blade on the triangle, follow the slant, and maintain this angle while sharpening your knife on the stone.

Sharpening

There are several reasons to choose a 5Cr15-stainless-steel knife:

- It’s strong enough to use for extended periods (e.g., to cut branches or process big game for a couple of hours) without dulling the blade.
- It’s soft enough (about 56 HRC) to easily sharpen, allowing you to form a wire edge with just a few passes on a sharpening base.
- Its chemical composition gives it good corrosion resistance.

5Cr15 stainless steel

Your knife is assembled with four Torx screws. The screw closest to the blade is linked to the blade rotation mechanism. For example, if you want to make it harder to close and open the blade, then tighten this screw, and vice versa.
Carefully wipe the blade after use, do not put it in the dishwasher, keep it in a dry place and lightly oil the blade for superior care.
