My brother is getting older with thin skin. He absolutely loves this shirt. The 500 is a perfect weight for him. I also. Ought the 500 series base layer bottom which allows him to get out for his winter walks!

I use this top for snowmobiling, just the right amount of warmth. The only thing the material wears funny under a jacket, turns fuzzy in places. But the price is great
