Après une longue hésitation, pour aller au-delà des 10kg de base des haltères Decathlon, entre ces disques de 5kg et les disques enduits de caoutchouc de 2.5kg, qui ont un diamètre plus réduit tout en utilisant assez efficacement la faible longueur de manchon disponible, j'ai
testé ces disques plus économiques. Je n'ai aucun regrets, un seul disque de chaque côté de l'avant-bras ne gêne pas trop le mouvement et transforme les haltères de 10kg en haltères de 20kg.
