This is quite good. Only thing is that I have to rubbed it to make it warm faster. If I just put it on, it will take a while to get warm. Overall, still a good purchase being made.

Shhh just between us. These are brilliant. Especially when you want extra warmth on your body, they have an adhesive side that you can stick to your t-shirt ( do not put directly to your skin). So under your coat for that extra warmth. OK they work out to be just under a poun
d each. 10 in a pack and they do last 10 hrs. And the colder it gets the warmer they become. Well worth the £10. Ish, the pack. Great for gifts better than a hot water bottle. But consider a muscle strain? You can adhere this directly to the area ( on your t-shirt or leggings) . Please decathlon, don't run out.

même chez Action, les chaufferettes ne sont pas si abordables en terme de prix! et la chaleur dure vraiment 10 heures, voire 12 si on n'enlève pas ses vêtements entre temps. Très efficace (y compris pour aider à faire passer mal de dos et lumbago).
