Every time I shop at decathlon the staff are rude and not very knowledgeable about products. I also don’t understand why I have to pay postage to have an item delivered to store that I’m going to collect ! It’s in your website should should be able to collect for free even if
I wait a few days for it to arrive, other stores do do this.
