Vous avez un sérieux problème d'assurance qualité. Lors de sa première sortie avec le vélo ma fille n'a pas fait un km sans avoir des problèmes. Le câble de dérailleur arrière n'était pas serré ce qui fait qu'il a glissé et les changements de vitesse arrière sont devenus impos
sible. En avant le dérailleur semblait mal ajusté pour me rendre compte lorsque j'ai tenté de l'ajusté que le câble ne passait pas au bon endroit et aurait usé la peinture du cadre si nous nous en étions pas rendu compte. J'ai fait le travail d'ajustement moi même et tout va bien. Très déçu de votre service qualité, vous comprendrez que ma fille est à Sherbrooke et moi à Trois-Rivières. Il n'est pas très agréable de retourner au magasin le plus proche pour exercer la garantie. Mais le vélo va bien.

I would like to point out two things for improment: 1. the H limit screw were set worng, I wasn't able to shift from small chain ring to large chain ring. 2. the pedals were over tightened by pneumatic wrench, it tooked me an hour to looosed them so that I can installed my c

Morceau de plastique au niveau des attaches rapides des roues, multiples adhésifs de protection toujours en place, boîtier de pédalier et pédalier mal serré j'ai préféré me tourner vers un vrai vélociste pour assurer le bon montage du vélo et donc ma sécurité. Acheté pendant u
