Useful piece of kit

I’ll probably use it a lot and not just on the bike. Small enough and lightweight to keep in saddle bag. Worth noting that the biggest of allen keys worked perfectly in fixing pedals (I got the flat road/city Van Rysel ones).

A useful tool for all cyclists etc. I'd broken a very fancy multitool which was a gift and bought this to replace it temporarily thinking it wouldn't last. Well it has! Think I'll stick to this is future!!

This can go do it all BUT if the side allen bolts get loose then they wobble terribly also the metal isn't that good quality - shop elsewhere for better quality

Promising start but the chain tool is made of chee
Calum

: More than 2 years

: en_GB

I was pleased with this tool to begin with. However this weekend I had a bad mechanical and pulled over to split my chain using the tool. Unfortunately I found that the chain tool had bent so that the pin wouldn't go straight on to the chain rivet and was unusable. I can on

ly presume this is because the quality of steel is poor and the design doesn't have a strong enough amount of material to prevent bending. I was very fortunate someone else was nearby with a tool I could use.

This was recommended to me as I was after a replacment multi tool. Compact unit and has sufficient options to cover any roadside job. Value for money and an excellent addition to my saddlebag

Made in Taiwan and has a spoke wrench
Ed

: More than 1 year

: en_GB

Firstly, it's made in Taiwan, not made in China. Sufficient to justify the purchase. I got mine two years ago and it was made in Taiwan, it might have changed, so always check before you buy. Secondly, I tried to true my wheel and I got a spoke wrench from Halfords, but un

fortunately, none of the size fit the spoke on my btwins, but this tool has a spoke wrench on it! What a pleasant surprise. I totally didn't notice the spoke wrench and the chain tool there before, it's quite well designed.

Unfit for purpose
Mike

: 4 to 6 months

: en_GB

I bought this a little while ago to live in my commuting backpack just in case I had a mechanical while cycling to or from work. I finally needed to use it for the first time, as a link in my chain snapped. No problem I though, I have a spare quick link and the multitool to

remove the broken link with! Except I couldn't. The first use of the chain tool, and it broke in not just one place but TWO without even removing the chain link. The casting is poor quality and bent, which then caused the chainlink to sit at an angle in the tool which caused the pin on the tool to snap too. Absolutely shockingly bad quality, totally unfit for purpose.
