I use this stand for my 125lbs thai bag and it's stable. Probably the best designed stand available today - the feet don't get in your way and allows you to practice movement. Easy and straightforward to assemble & weigh down.

Tres bon support a sac lourd. je vis au Quebec, et je l'utilise dehors uniquement. je laisse le support dehors sur des blocs toute l'hiver. Il est encore comme neuf. prévoir beaucoup de poids pour supporter le sac lourd.

Great frame. Just fits in my gym area by a few mm. Easy to set up. I would recommend some heavy sandbags around the base, though, in addition to the weights you put on the weight mounting point.
