Great shoes for the winter/shoulder season running. Surprisingly good grip on ice, excellent grip on wet surfaces and fresh snow. They might feel a bit awkward on dry pavement at first but it's a matter of breaking them in. Personally, these are my go-to hiking shoes on dry/
dusty/gravel trails. Flexible soles allow for comfortable climbing uphill, and the traction is unparalleled! Yet they are light and breathable unlike conventional hiking boots. Overall, these shoes are worth every penny.

Bought these as a replacement for walking boots

I bought these for my girlfriend half way along walking the Camino de Santiago (830km). We were walking between 20 - 30km per day and her walking boots were causing a lot of blisters and pain. Stopped off in a store to get these just a week into a 5 week trek and used them to
the end. Can't fault them, she is a podiatrist and loves them!
