I can’t comment about what it’s like to use because I never got as far as fitting it. The instructions are very clear that you shouldn’t remove the shim until moulding complete. The trouble was there was no shim in the packet. My son started senior school this week and it his
first rugby lesson in tomorrow so it’s too late to get it replaced in time. I will be returning this. I hope that his teeth don’t get smashed in before we get a new mouth guard.
