It’s what you expect for a lower end elliptical, but works magic! It’s perfect for a beginner but gets you to intermediate and beyond I’m sure! My only complaint is a little squeak now and then but I tighten it and it’s good to go!

I ordered this elliptical Jan 2022, I used it about 3 times before it broke. I had a technician try to fix it, but it still doesn’t work. Specifically, it seems like the pedals are detached/not connected to anything (not an issue with resistance, but the overall function). DO

Damaged and Terrible Customer Support

The EL120 came damaged. The legs on the main body of the elliptical were so bent out of shape that I was not able to put the machine together. The return process was also a frustrating process as the online system was down for about 2 weeks. QC and packaging of the EL120 seems
questionable.
